Welcome to Worthington Corgis!
We are Seth and Mallory Worthington! Seth and I knew each other from showing livestock, but he was my brothers best friend and I snatched him up and stole him as mine;) We have been married since July 2018 and we started raising corgis shortly after that! In January of 2021, we welcomed our baby boy to our family. He is a busy little man that makes every day good! It has been so fun to show him all the things we love and raise him around the pigs, cattle, and corgis!
Seth and I both grew up in small farm towns not far from Spanish Fork, Utah, and have loved to call this place home. We are very involved in the agriculture industry, livestock community and are huge advocates for Ag. Seth grew up breeding and raising show pigs(Worthington Genetics), along with helping his grandpa with his sheep and cattle(Caras Ranch). I grew up on our family ranch, Sorensen Angus Ranch, where we raise Black Angus cattle. We both also raised several livestock show animals every year to take to various shows around the state. It is something that Seth and I love very much and love that we can do it together as a family. Our love for livestock runs deep and we continue to stay involved in our families' farms and ranches while also growing our own.
For about a year we moved to Iowa for work. We recently moved back home to Utah to fulfill our new dreams as a family. Seth works full-time doing specialized concrete work and painting. He also is a consultant and livestock salesman for a few farms that we are associated with and we get to work together a lot! On top of that, helps with all the farm chores and works to improve our show pig operation every day. Seth is a big help in training maintenance for our dogs and puppy chores when we have a new litter. We work as a team on pretty much everything and it is one of my favorite things about our relationship!
Since moving home, I have pursued my career as a cosmetologist and makeup artist(@retrobeauty.koe). My sister and I started our business/ salon together and have loved the opportunity to work together! Aside from doing hair, I am a stay-at-home mama to the dogs and our little boy. In what we consider our "free time" we are at the farm working or spending time with family. I also really enjoy spending time behind my camera, taking pictures of our livestock, cattle, dogs, and family! For fun, I set up an Instagram account to showcase my photos(@westworthphotography). I've recently had the opportunity to picture sale livestock and really have enjoyed getting the added experience!
As for our breeding program, we are very passionate about improving our business and raising quality corgis all the way around! Because we are very particular and intentional about the dogs we bring into our program, we are slowly but surely adding to our corgi herd. We hope to help you find your newest corgi family member, thanks for supporting Worthington Corgis!
