Our Program

What we do

How We Raise Puppies

Our focus as responsible breeders and certified Good Dog Breeders is to produce puppies with not only the classic corgi look and great genetics but also to help jumpstart their life and set them up for long-term success in your home!

As we have grown over the years, we continue to educate ourselves and perfect our own way of raising puppies. We have implemented different curriculums in our program based on "The Badass Breeder" and "Puppy Culture" but have developed our own curriculum that works best for us.

These methods we use include Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS), Early Scent Introduction(ESI), Early Socialization as the puppy develops, and focusing on empowering instead of enabling.  All of this has been proven to create happy confident puppies and the perfect family companion dog! We also do a puppy aptitude test to help make sure you are getting a puppy that fits you and your lifestyle while still allowing the puppy to be who they are! Our dogs are all Farm and Family raised and are adaptable to many lifestyles.

Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS)

Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS)

Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS)

ENS exercises are conducted once daily from the 3rd to 16th day of a puppy's life.  Benefits of this are; improved cardio vascular performance, stronger heart beats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress and greater resistance to disease.

Early Scent Introduction(ESI)

Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS)

Early Neurological Stimulation(ENS)

ESI is a training exercise where we introduces strong scents to the puppy to help them identify and react to new smells.  This is another way to stimulate the neurological system and is included in ENS day 3-16.

Noise & Activity Exposure

All of our puppies are played with and handled each day for the appropriate amount of time at their age.  By the time they are placed in their new homes, they are well socialized with people of all ages, dogs of different sizes and other animals. By doing this we are creating confident puppies.

Noise & Activity Exposure

Clean Environment & Grooming

Noise & Activity Exposure

Once the puppies have opened their eyes and ears we begin noise and activity exposure. We introduce new things to them each day such as sounds, textures, toys, and new areas of the home, farm and yard, etc.  Our goal is to let the puppy learn how to problem solve in new situations and empower them which builds confidence and creates overall quality puppies.

Clean Environment & Grooming

Clean Environment & Grooming

Clean Environment & Grooming

Our puppies are raised in a clean environment and learn that there are certain areas for sleep, play, eat and potty.

Puppies are also bathed regularly as needed and are introduced to the basic grooming needs.

Early on, we also start crate training our puppies to make the transition into your home easier.

Training & Basic Obedience

While the puppies are in our care we make it a priority to help create a calm behavior as they develop, puppies are rewarded when exhibiting this.

We begin basic training with all puppies, such as coming when called, following, basic leash work,  waiting for food and beginning stages of crate training.
