Limited Registration/ Pet Only home. Puppy will come with spay and neuter contract. Below shows what is included in the price.
Full Registration is selectively given and comes with an additional fee.
Waitlist Information
To be placed on our waitlist, please thoroughly review and fill our waitlist application. Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email or text letting you know if you have been approved based off the information we have received. Once approved, we require a $100 NON- REFUNDABLE Deposit to officially add you to our waitlist. This will go towards the total price of the puppy. You are not added to the waitlist until the waitlist fee is paid.
Once your puppy is born and you have picked your puppy, we require a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve and hold your puppy until pickup.
When the time comes to pickup your puppy. The puppy MUST be paid for in full before leaving.
Payment
For payment we take Cash or Venmo. If you choose to pay with Venmo, your puppy will need to be paid for in full one week before pickup day.
If you choose to pay with cash, you will need to bring the remainder on pick up day. The puppy must be paid for in full before leaving. The agreed upon price in NON- REFUNDABLE.
Pictures
We want to keep you updated and involved in the first 8 weeks of your puppy’s life! We will do this through videos and pictures on social media and when puppies are picked, we will be sure to send individual pictures to you!

If you are local or traveling to us, we can set up a time to pickup your puppy when they have reached 8 weeks of age.
Flight Nanny

If you are purchasing a puppy from us and live out of state, we offer flight nanny services. The puppy will fly to the airport nearest to you. This is not included in our price and is an extra cost to you, the buyer, and is non-refundable. The price depends on flights available at that time.
Contract & Agreements
Spay/Neuter Contract
Our puppies are sold with Limited Registration to Pet Only homes. We require that our Pet Only puppies are spayed/neutered by 18 months of age. This helps us ensure that our dogs are not accidentally or irresponsibly being bred. We reserve the right to ask for proof of this in the form of a Certificate of Spay/Neuter from the Veterinarian.
Return/Rehome Agreement
The Buyer agrees to never place their puppy with a rescue group, in a shelter, pound, or similar facility. The Buyer agrees to contact us immediately if the Buyer determines they are unable to keep their puppy for any reason. We then will work together and jointly rehome the puppy.
Continued Puppy Health Agreement
The buyer agrees to provide the best possible care for their puppy for the duration of his or her life. This includes but is not limited to: Housing the puppy properly, feeding proper nutritional foods and maintaining them at a healthy weight. Having their puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian for a wellness exam annually. Taking their puppy to the licensed veterinarian if he or she gets sick or is injured. Keeping all immunizations current. Registration of microchip. This agreement helps us know that our puppies are getting the proper care they need to live a happy and healthy life!
Pricing Agreement
The Buyer agrees to pay Worthington Corgis the agreed upon sum for limited registration/pet only home puppy. This fee does not include shipping. If shipping is required, the Buyer agrees to pay for shipping, which may include a travel crate and a health certificate. The Buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of the above animal, including transportation.
Breeders Agreement
We guarantee that the puppy is healthy and has received proper vaccinations, deworming, microchip and Health certificate. We provide a health guarantee against debilitating congenital defects for 1 year after the date of sale. We guarantee all possible steps have been taken with the sire / dam selection and breeding to prevent hereditary issues.
